Costa Azul
In the last decade Brazil's luxury residential sector realised new levels of growth. Bringing forward our 20+ years' property expertise on exclusive builds, including 1Blackfriars, Valencia Towers and Battersea Power Station, our challenge was to navigate this build through the full branding, communication and design process. This included a new name and logo, promo films, website, a limited print luxury coffee table book, and an experiential campaign for Singapore-based HNWI during the FIFA 2014 World Cup in Brazil. In less than 12 months we turned the relatively unknown developer RitzG5 into prestigious SMEOne award-winners for best small developer in South America.

In workshop sessions with the client, we determined the core brand words and values to craft a new mission, vision and culture. This unlocked the new name blue coast to signify its beachside location, and a two tone affluent-inspired logo designed to link the land and sea fauna to this high net worth residential build.

A visit to the site in Natal, north east Brazil, and interviews with directors and investors inspired us to design and give voice to a visually stunning CGI-inspired luxury coffee table book, the main platform for the brand's identity and rich vein of storytelling to shine.
During Brazil's 2014 World Cup, we created a three-week football themed experiential campaign, awarding top HNWI investors from Singapore with return flights, luxury beachside accommodation, V.I.P. world cup match tickets, and a beach buggy day trip across the beautifully coastal north east Brazil.
